Event Support at Willing Warriors

Willing Warriors is a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization offering cost-free getaways from the hospital environment where wounded, ill, and injured service members, disabled Veterans, and their families can come to spend quality time together and reconnect.

Willing Warriors hosts a variety of events throughout the year that bring together our Warrior guests, their families, volunteers, donors, and community members. Volunteers help make these events welcoming, organized, and enjoyable for everyone involved. Opportunities may include event setup and cleanup, registration and check-in, guest hospitality, parking and traffic assistance, food and beverage support, rest stop support, photography, and other general event needs.

Event volunteer opportunities vary throughout the year and may be available for one-time events or recurring annual events. Whether you can volunteer for a few hours or help throughout an entire event, your support helps Willing Warriors create meaningful experiences for our Warrior families and allows our events to run smoothly.
