Description
Harambe is proud to participate in the Camden Juneteenth celebration. The event will feature live music, food, family-friendly activities, and community engagement.
The event is on June 18th. Volunteers are asked to commit at least 2 hours of their time at the event and assist with the following:
- Set-up and Take Down: Help us set up our table(s) and materials before the event starts and pack up once it concludes.
- Information Sharing: Engage with attendees by providing information about our services, distribute materials or giveaway items, and provide information on how to confidentially complete an intake if in need of services.
- Donation Assistance: Encourage attendees to support our mission by explaining how their contributions helps Harambe provide safe emergency housing for survivors and their children, who are fleeing abusive households.
