Description
Jazz Power Initiative is a Northern Manhattan nonprofit that transforms lives through jazz arts education, youth development, community engagement, and live performance. Through classes, school programs, family events, and public concerts, JPI creates opportunities for people of all ages to experience jazz as a source of creativity, connection, and cultural pride.
We are seeking volunteers for Swing, Salsa & Samba, our outdoor concert series at Anne Loftus Playground on September 16 and 30. The series will bring live music, dance, and community celebration to Uptown Manhattan.

4:00–9:30 p.m.
Audience welcome, artist hospitality, crowd support, event operations, cleanup, and breakdown.
Volunteers may select one or both dates and their preferred shift. Meals, refreshments, and community-service verification will be provided.
