    Description

    At Heart to Heart Hospice our goal is to provide the best care we can for our patients and families! As a result, I am reaching out to the volunteer community . . .

    We do have occasional patients who need Volunteers in the Elgin and Bastrop areas!

    Our Volunteers:

    • are friendly visitors, providing companionship to our patients
    • listen to stories, paint by numbers, look at pictures, share a hobby
    • read, play music, work puzzles, play games, listen to stories
    • go for walks, decorate for a holiday
