Description
Bookkeeping assistance (categorizing transactions, organizing documentation, accuracy checks)
Preparing and/or organizing the internal tracking summaries
Accounts receivable support (tracking payments, reconciling outstanding balances, basic reporting)
Donation management support, including organizing donation records, tracking donor gifts, and documentation support
Supporting month-end record organization and simple financial summaries Improving systems for financial filing (digital and physical) and internal processes
Other finance/admin support tasks as needed

Instructions:
Qualifications:
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, business operations, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality (sensitive financial/donor information)
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and organized documentation
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting software is a plus
- Dependable, organized, and able to follow procedures consistently
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with staff on Discord and board meetings
