Welcome to the YERI Foundation!
Dear Nee Recruits,
We are thrilled to have you join our team as a Donation Attendant! Your involvement is crucial in helping us make a positive impact on the community.
Your Onboarding Guide:
Pre-Shift Call: Before each shift, please contact your supervisor 30 minutes in advance to confirm your location. We’ll provide you with a donation box, and the flyers will be sent as a PDF for you to print.
Initial Setup: Once you arrive, get everything organized and ready to go.
Engagement Approach: When interacting with people, look for something positive to compliment, such as their outfit or hairstyle.
Build Rapport: Once they respond positively, introduce yourself and let them know you’re part of the YERI Foundation.
Mission Explanation: Share our mission to help provide better school supplies and programs for youth, ensuring their future success.
Donation Collection: If someone doesn’t have cash, let them know that we also accept donations via Cash App and PayPal. Once the money is collected and reported to the supervisor, the supervisor will then return 30% of that amount back to you as your daily wage at the end of your shift.
Shift Wrap-Up: At the end of your shift, report the total amount collected and ensure any cash is handed directly to your supervisor.
Additional Resources:
Training Module: We’ve included a brief training video to help you get started.
FAQ Guide: Check out our FAQ for answers to common questions.
Role-Playing Scenarios: Practice scenarios to build your confidence.
Feedback Mechanism: We value your feedback! Let us know how we can improve.
Support Contacts: Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any assistance.
We’re excited to have you on board and look forward to the amazing impact we’ll make together.
Warm regards,
