Description

Nichole McDonald for Delegate (District 45, Baltimore City) is seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and boots-on-the-ground Campaign Manager to lead an immediate, high-intensity field operation pushing toward our August filing deadline. As an independent candidate running on a platform of government accountability, community-led redevelopment, and true transparency, our mission is to return power and resources directly to the blocks.

This is a fast-paced, high-velocity campaign that requires an immediate, strategic focus on voter mobilization, signature collection, and intense community organizing. We need a leader who is deeply connected, thrives in a grassroots environment, and can hit the pavement running on day one.
