We’re Building — And It Has to Deliver Real Impact

    The Donovan’s Venom is growing.

    Programs.

    Initiatives.

    Communities.

But programs only matter if they deliver real outcomes.

We are seeking a Director of Programs to lead how our programs are designed, executed, and scaled across the organization.

    Because ideas don’t create impact.

    Execution does.

    The Role

This role is responsible for owning the strategy, structure, and execution of all programs within the organization.

You will ensure programs are aligned with our mission, executed effectively, and producing measurable impact.

You are not just managing programs.

You are building and scaling how impact is delivered.

This role operates across operations, development, marketing, and leadership, ensuring programs are coordinated, resourced, and successful.

    Cross-Functional Coordination

      • Partner with:
      • Operations (execution support)
      • Development (funding alignment)
      • Marketing (program visibility)
      • Ensure programs are aligned and supported

    Team Leadership & Oversight

      • Lead program managers and coordinators
      • Set expectations and structure workflows
      • Drive accountability and performance

    Resource & Capacity Management

      • Ensure programs are properly resourced
      • Identify gaps in staffing or support
      • Align capacity with program demands
