In this high-impact, pro bono role, you will facilitate the seamless transition of military service members, veterans, and spouses into our life-changing mentorship programs.
By serving as the architect of the onboarding journey, you practice Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at its most fundamental level—ensuring that every veteran receives the personalized start they need to achieve project management career greatness.
Your Strategic Impact
In this role, you will dedicate your expertise to ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for our community:
- Hero Onboarding & Review: Review and process mentee applications, ensuring that all critical data is captured to set them up for success.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct initial assessments to understand the specific career goals and mentorship needs of our transitioning veterans and military spouses.
- Program Orientation: Provide mentees with a professional overview of VPMMA programs, setting clear expectations for their journey ahead.
- Strategic Matchmaking Support: Document mentee preferences and details to assist the mentor-matching process, ensuring a high-quality connection.
- Operational Coordination: Partner with the Mentor Manager to facilitate a seamless transition from intake to mentor assignment.
