We are seeking kind-hearted and empathetic volunteers to provide emotional support through heartfelt letters and phone calls. As a Remote Volunteer, you will help brighten someone’s day by fostering connections and showing care and compassion to those in hospice care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write personalized, uplifting letters to hospice patients, offering encouragement and companionship.
• Make compassionate phone calls to patients or their families to provide emotional support and a listening ear.
• Maintain a log of correspondence and calls to ensure effective communication with our care team.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure the unique needs of patients and families are met.

• A caring, empathetic demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail to personalize letters and calls appropriately.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for individuals’ experiences.
• Reliable internet connection for coordination and updates with our team.
