Administrative Volunteer Needed - Make Weekly Tuck-In Calls

Gentiva Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dependable Administrative Volunteer to assist with weekly tuck-in calls from our Anderson office.

Tuck-in calls are made to hospice patients and families each week to ensure they have the supplies, medications, and support they need before the weekend. These calls play an important role in helping our care team provide excellent service and peace of mind.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

• Make scheduled tuck-in calls to patients and caregivers
• Document call information as instructed
• Communicate any concerns or needs to the hospice team
• Provide a friendly, caring voice and excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Reliable and compassionate
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Location: Anderson, SC (in-office)

Schedule: Flexible weekday hours; Usually once/week either Thursdays or Fridays.

No medical experience is required. Training will be provided.
