Calling all WordPress/Elementor Web Development enthusiasts!

We’re looking for a volunteer WordPress Website Designer & Developer to help manage and elevate our web presence. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their skills while contributing to a mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rebuild and maintain our website using WordPress and Elementor.
• Implement design files from Figma to match visual brand standards.
• Manage content updates and perform regular site maintenance.
• Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor (required).
• Experience implementing Figma designs into live websites.
• Strong grasp of front-end design (HTML/CSS knowledge a plus).
• Detail-oriented with an eye for clean, user-friendly design.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage plugins.
• Bonus: experience with SEO or website analytics tools.

Requirements:

• Be able to volunteer 15-20 hours each week
• Must be available between 10 AM - 3 PM PT on weekdays for team check-ins or collaboration.
• Hybrid role: occasional in-person meetings or events in the Bay Area.
• References required before starting.
