    About Rcoz:

    Rcoz is a non-profit dedicated to mental health awareness, early intervention, youth programs, and community dialogue, with a strong focus on serving South Asian communities and youth.

    Role Summary:

    We are seeking a volunteer Website Designer & Developer to help manage and elevate our web presence. In this role, you will rebuild and maintain our website using WordPress and Elementor, implementing design files from Figma to match our visual brand standards. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their skills while contributing to a mission-driven team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Rebuild and maintain our website using WordPress and Elementor.
    • Implement design files from Figma to match visual brand standards.
    • Manage content updates and perform regular site maintenance.
    • Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor (required).
    • Experience implementing Figma designs into live websites.
    • Strong grasp of front-end design (HTML/CSS knowledge a plus).
    • Detail-oriented with an eye for clean, user-friendly design.
    • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage plugins.
    • Experience with SEO or website analytics tools.
    • Must be located in the United States.
    • References required prior to onboarding.

    Nice to Have:

    • Hybrid availability for occasional in-person meetings or events in the Bay Area.
