Video Editor / Multimedia Volunteer

Overview

The Video Editor / Multimedia Volunteer plays a vital role in supporting the mission of the Kiona Foundation. This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking work in pediatric cancer research, family support, and community engagement. Volunteers in this role will work closely with a passionate and committed team to advance the Foundation’s strategic priorities.

Expected commitment is 4-6 hrs/week, with flexibility based on availability and project needs. This is a remote volunteer position unless otherwise specified.

• Edit video footage from events, family testimonials, interviews, and awareness campaigns into polished multimedia for YouTube and social channels.

• Add branded intros/outros, captions, overlays, and music in alignment with Kiona Foundation’s visual identity.

• Format final videos for multiple platforms (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, campaign landing pages).

• Organize media files and manage a shared drive of editable content and final exports.

Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, mission-aligned, and capable of working independently in a collaborative, virtual environment.
