    Description

The Campaign Manager will lead outreach and fundraising efforts for SchoolSafeZone Foundation. This role blends community engagement, strategic fundraising, and campaign management. You’ll be the driving force behind building relationships with schools, parents, and PTAs, growing our donor base, and coordinating grassroots awareness campaigns.

You will also play a central role in developing and managing fundraising initiatives—including merchandise drives, community events, online giving campaigns, and school partnership programs—to expand our reach and financial sustainability.

    A Campaign Manager should possess:

Community organizing or grassroots campaign experience (e.g., school PTA, local nonprofits, youth advocacy)

Marketing, communications, or public relations skills — especially social media promotion and outreach

Education sector familiarity — teachers, parents, or school board volunteers are excellent fits

Leadership and coordination ability — managing small teams of volunteers or local ambassadors

Strong communication and persuasion skills — comfortable talking with school administrators, parents, and community groups

Tech-savviness — able to use basic tools like Canva, Google Workspace, social media, and volunteer tracking platforms

    Your responsibilities will include:

Lead local outreach campaigns to raise awareness of SchoolSafeZone in nearby schools and parent communities

Build relationships with school officials, PTAs, and youth organizations

Recruit and manage a small team of local volunteers or student ambassadors

Organize community info sessions, parent presentations, or school safety awareness days

Manage social media or community posts to promote engagement and events

Report progress and insights to the main SchoolSafeZone team weekly or biweekly
