Description
Guest Research and Evaluation Volunteers support the Tennessee Aquarium's efforts to understand and improve the guest experience. Volunteers collect and document information through surveys, observations, and other evaluation activities. The information gathered helps inform decisions that enhance visitor experiences, educational programs, exhibits, and Aquarium operations.
