Outdoor activity, bending and/or kneeling, digging. Waiver to be signed regarding work and photos taken. Volunteers under 18 need to be accompanied by parent or legal adult guardian.
Description
Help restore and maintain shoreline habitat and plants on San Francisco Bay southeastern waterfront at Heron's Head Park and EcoCenter on the First Wed of every month 10am-noon. Bring your own water bottle and snacks, weather appropriate outdoor clothing (hat, sunscreen, rain gear), and your own gloves if you would like. Wear closed-toe shoes. We abide by current local COVID rules. We provide Instruction, tools and gloves. See water birds, other creatures, and the SF Bay while working!
