What do you call a dog who wants to feel important?
A VOLUNTEER!
We’re looking for special dogs (and the humans they allow to tag along) to visit our hospice patients once or twice a month.
Most dogs already take their people everywhere they go — and honestly, we think that’s a great idea.
Just one hour a month can bring comfort, smiles, laughter, and companionship to people at the end of their journey. A wagging tail, a gentle nuzzle, and a loving presence can mean more than words ever could.
So have a conversation with Fido. If tails are wagging in agreement, give us a call and join our volunteer pet therapy team! No certification required.
