External Communications Coordinator

Summary:

The External Communications Coordinator Lead manages outward-facing communication for SGGN, serving as the primary point of contact for gardeners, community partners, and affiliates. This role oversees communications platforms, supports gardeners directly, and represents SGGN as an ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to all inquiries in the SGGN inbox.
• Maintain and update gardener contact lists
• Provide one-on-one support to inquiring patrons and giving gardeners.
• Serve as a liaison and representative of SGGN

Ideal Skills & Qualities:

• Strong written communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable with Google Drive, Gmail, and basic online communication tools
