CEO Forum - Program Facilitator

Overview

SCORE Palm Beach County is seeking experienced business leaders to facilitate its CEO Forum program - A

high-impact, peer advisory group for established small business owners.

This is not traditional mentoring. During a four-hour session, facilitators guide structured discussions among

12–16 CEOs, helping them solve real business challenges through shared experience, accountability, and peer

insight.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate monthly CEO Forum sessions
• Guide discussions toward clear, actionable outcomes
• Foster a confidential, non-judgmental environment
• Encourage balanced participation and peer learning
• Handle light admin (meeting reminders, follow-ups, engagement tracking)
• Partner with a co-facilitator for continuity

What We’re Looking For

• Proven business experience and sound judgment
• Strong facilitation and listening skills
• Approachable, empathetic, and team-oriented
• Ability to guide conversations without dominating them
• Non-judgmental, with constructive communication style

Time Commitment

• Monthly meetings (currently 3rd Wednesday); Sessions last four hours
• Anywhere from 3 to 6 additional hours of research and admin to prepare for each forum
• Occasional absences covered by co-facilitator
