We’re looking for a Head of Salesforce to join our growing team!

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new Salesforce functionalities and processes
• Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce technologies and tools that can enhance the organization’s CRM capabilities and drive innovation
• Continuously improve the user experience by gathering feedback, analyzing usage patterns, and making enhancements to Salesforce configurations
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and applications to streamline business operations
• Monitor the performance of Salesforce systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead the customization of Salesforce to meet specific business requirements, including the development of custom objects, workflows, and automation processes

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience managing a Salesforce team
• Experience with Salesforce data management and analytics
• Experience developing and delivering training programs for Salesforce users, as well as providing ongoing support
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for Salesforce that align with broader business goals and drive growth
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
