    Description

    Volunteer Facilitator Opportunity: 12-Week Online Startup Bootcamp for Nigerian Youths

    Young and Gifted Youth Development Initiative (YAGYDI), in partnership with Affinity Innovative Hub (Ilorin), is launching a 12-week fully online bootcamp to empower Nigerian youths (ages 18–35) to turn their ideas into real, launch-ready startups.

    We are looking for passionate volunteer facilitators to guide participants every week through live virtual sessions and small-group mentoring.

    About the Program

    Participants will learn step-by-step:

    • Idea generation and problem validation in the Nigerian context
    • Market research and customer discovery techniques
    • Business model creation (Business Model Canvas + Lean principles)
    • MVP/prototype design using low-cost and no-code tools
    • Financial planning, pricing, and realistic funding strategies
    • Pitch deck development and investor-ready presentations
    • 6–12 month launch and growth roadmaps

    Weekly structure: one main live interactive session + assignments, breakout mentoring groups, and peer feedback.
