Through peer-to-peer learning, students engage in projects that explore fairness, bias, and responsibility in technology, transforming their creative work into educational resources for global peers. Our mission is to foster youth leadership in shaping a more ethical and inclusive digital future.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a proactive, highly communicative PR/Media Lead to shape our public presence, engage with media partners, and amplify our mission through strategic communication. This role blends writing, storytelling, relationship management, and strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute PR/media strategies.
    • Write and distribute press releases and media materials.
    • Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.
    • Respond to inbound media inquiries.
    • Pitch stories and coordinate interviews and features.
    • Support crisis communication needs.
    • Track media coverage and prepare performance reports.
    • Collaborate across teams for cohesive messaging.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in public relations, communications, journalism, or related field.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
    • Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
    • Understanding of digital media, social media, and press cycles.
    • Strategic thinking with attention to detail.
