    Description

Posterity International is seeking three Graphic Design Interns to help shape how our research, programs, advocacy, campaigns, and global initiatives are communicated visually.

This remote internship offers emerging designers an opportunity to build substantive portfolio work while gaining experience in nonprofit graphic design, social impact design, humanitarian communications, advocacy campaigns, digital content, and visual storytelling.

Three interns will support distinct portfolios:

Digital Content Designer — Posterity International (1)

Create social media carousels, infographics, stories, and recurring digital content.

Campaign & Organizational Designer — Posterity International (1)

Develop campaign identities, fundraising materials, reports, event collateral, website assets, presentations, and other organizational designs.

    Safe Survivor Initiative Designer (1)

Create advocacy, educational, fundraising, event, campaign, and movement-building materials for the initiative.

    What You'll Do

    • Create polished visual materials for your assigned portfolio
    • Translate research, statistics, and complex information into accessible visual formats
    • Develop campaign and fundraising assets
    • Collaborate with marketing, research, communications, and social media team members
    • Apply and strengthen organizational visual identity
    • Incorporate feedback and revise designs efficiently
    • Prepare appropriately formatted assets for digital and, where applicable, print use

    Who We're Looking For

Applicants should have experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design tools and an understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition. A portfolio or examples of previous design work are strongly preferred.

We're looking for designers who understand that effective mission-driven design requires both aesthetics and communication. Strong candidates are dependable, receptive to feedback, detail-oriented, and thoughtful about the visual representation of communities affected by humanitarian and human rights issues.

    What You'll Gain

Build portfolio work spanning digital content, advocacy, campaigns, fundraising, and organizational communications while gaining practical experience designing for an international mission-driven organization.
