Key Responsibilities
- Member Recruitment
- Identify and reach out to potential members aligned with the community’s mission
- Support campaigns aimed at attracting women entrepreneurs, professionals, or founders
- Assist in onboarding new members into the community ecosystem
- Growth Campaign Execution
- Support the planning and execution of campaigns designed to grow community awareness
- Help promote programs, events, and opportunities across different channels
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Referral System Support
- Help design and manage referral programs that encourage members to invite others
- Engage existing members to participate in referral initiatives
- Track referral participation and outcomes
