Pumpkin Unloading at the Sewickley UMC Pumpkin Patch
Details
Description
If you have been to Sewickley in the fall, you know that one of the highlights of the season is the Sewickley UMC Pumpkin Patch. It is a beautiful display of autumn pumpkins, cornstalks and haybales. We need volunteers to help us unload the pumpkins from the truck and display them around our church lawn. All volunteers are welcome as long as you are comfortable picking up large pumpkins. We will begin unloading the pumpkins at 9am and should be finished around noon/1pm. There will be a breakfast for all beginning at 8am. If you're looking for credit hours, volunteering does count as community service.
Location
Sewickley United Methodist Church
Directions
Once you cross the Sewickley Bridge, coming into town, we are located at the corner of Broad St and Thorn St. We have a small parking lot in the back of the church or there is also on the street parking.
