    Description

    Administrative Volunteer

    The Administrative Volunteer provides in-office support to our staff by assisting with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities may include auditing and organizing patient paperwork, making phone calls, filing documents, and completing data entry projects. Volunteers in this role play an important part in ensuring records are accurate, communications are timely, and daily operations remain efficient.

    This position is well-suited for individuals who are dependable, comfortable working in an office environment, and able to handle confidential information with care and professionalism. Administrative Volunteers work closely with staff and may assist with both routine tasks and special projects as needed. Training and guidance will be provided.

    Duties may include:

    • Auditing Patient Paperwork
    • Copying
    • Filing
    • Assisting with event coordination
    • Data entry
    • Creating packets
    • Coordinating mailings

    Opportunities Available:

    Days: Any Day Monday-Friday

    Times: a minimum of 1 hour (8:00 am-5:30 pm)
