    Description

Thinking Huts is entering a new chapter and we’re growing our brand partnerships in a more intentional way.

I’m looking for a Brand Partnerships Lead to help us:

Design collaborations that feel natural for brands while meaningfully funding new learning spaces.

Build a thoughtful pipeline of partners across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, entertainment, and tech.

Turn creative ideas into clear campaigns, launches, and moments that our partners are proud to share.

Some of the skills that would make you a great fit:

༗Relationship builder: You know how to build trust with founders, CMOs, and marketing teams, and you enjoy nurturing long-term relationships.

༗Creative deal maker: You can structure partnerships (co-branded products, cause marketing, events, digital campaigns) that feel like a win for everyone involved.

༗Storytelling and positioning: You’re comfortable pitching, refining decks, and helping brands see where Thinking Huts fits into their own narrative and customer journey.

༗Operator mindset: You can keep track of details, timelines, and deliverables so partners feel supported and informed.

༗Philanthropy fluency (bonus): Experience in grant writing or traditional fundraising is very welcome, especially if you’re excited to merge that with brand and consumer-facing work.

While we still welcome grant writers and traditional fundraisers, we’ve found that the philanthropy landscape around Thinking Huts has shifted. Many of our most promising opportunities now come from brands that look more like startups and mid-size companies, alongside select heritage and Fortune 500 partners that want their giving and volunteering to feel integrated into their products and community, not just a one-time donation.

You will work closely with our Head of Social and our small, global team.

If you’re excited about building a modern, brand-forward philanthropy engine for education access—or you know someone who is—I’d love to connect.
