The 14th Annual Youth and Peace Conference brings together youth ages 12–24 for a full day of workshops, dialogue circles, and interactive activities designed to promote safety, mental health, equity, and substance misuse prevention. This year's theme is “Protecting Our Classmates: Addressing Safety, Mental Health & Equity in Schools.”
Tucson Youth and Peace (in partnership with the CPC) are seeking dedicated volunteers who are passionate about youth empowerment, community wellness, and prevention to help make this annual event a success.
Volunteers support core event operations, welcome participants, assist exhibitors, and help create a positive and safe environment for youth. Tasks vary by shift:
Morning Shift (7:00am–11:00am)
Choose up to 3 preferred tasks:
Afternoon Shift (11:00am–3:00pm)
Choose up to 3 preferred tasks:
All‑Day Option (7:00am–3:00pm)
Support both morning and afternoon activities throughout the full event.
Support one of Tucson’s largest youth empowerment events focused on mental health, safety, equity, and substance misuse prevention. Volunteers help with registration, resource fair support, food service, youth guidance, and event setup/breakdown.
