Description
The Patient Support Assistant (PSA) provides compassionate administrative and communication support to patients, families, and the care team. Responsibilities may include answering phones, assisting with light office tasks, and making friendly check-in calls to help ensure patients feel supported, connected, and cared for throughout their journey.
