The Director of Prayer & Wellness provides spiritual leadership and holistic care across Sisters in Christ. This role oversees all prayer initiatives, wellness programming, and intercessory support for the organization’s leaders, members, volunteers, and the women we serve.

Key Duties

• Lead monthly organizational prayer calls and oversee weekly/bi‑weekly prayer gatherings.
• Host or coordinate live prayer sessions on YouTube, including scripture, worship, and intercession.
• Provide prayer coverage for all major programs, including Promise Pantry, Crowned & Called Institute, Pieces of Purpose, and Daughters of Promise Mentorship.
• Plan and support prayer‑centered events such as prayer walks, brunches, picnics, retreats, and fasting seasons.
• Integrate wellness practices through devotionals, affirmations, biblical care, and emotional/spiritual support.
• Supervise and equip the Prayer & Wellness Team: Assistant Director, Lead Intercessors, Prayer Call Facilitators, Event Prayer Coordinators, and Wellness Liaisons.
• Ensure spiritual alignment with the mission and oversight of the Chief Spiritual Formation Officer.

Qualifications

• Strong spiritual maturity and commitment to biblical integrity.
• Experience in prayer ministry, pastoral care, or wellness leadership.
• Confident leading prayer, teaching scripture, and facilitating group gatherings.
• Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
• Passion for women’s spiritual and emotional wellness.
• Comfortable using digital platforms (YouTube, Zoom, etc.).
