    Description

Amber Hospice are looking for licensed beauticians and barbers interested in cutting or styling out patient's hair!

Our volunteers will receive volunteer orientation training, in hopes of understanding the characteristics of death and dying by our interdisciplinary team. We provide all services in-home, ensuring our patients are able to remain wherever they are most comfortable (nursing home, assisted living, etc.). Amber Hospice are seeking individuals eager to give back to their community with a passion for helping others.

Amber Hospice is eager and welcome interested volunteers who want to make a difference during our patient's end of life journey. We need volunteers in Metro Detroit (Wayne, Oakland, Macomb) and Saginaw / Great Lakes Bay Region. Feel free to contact our Volunteer Coordinator to discuss this unique opportunity.
