    Description

    Stellaris Keystone Foundation, Inc. is a growing 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization seeking motivated volunteers to help strengthen our grant development, fundraising, and nonprofit growth efforts.

    We are looking for individuals who are passionate about community impact and interested in helping a developing nonprofit identify sustainable funding opportunities and build strong foundations for future programs.

    Responsibilities may include:

    Researching foundation, corporate, local, state, and federal grant opportunities that align with our mission and programs

    Identifying funding opportunities for community-based programs and services

    Reviewing grant eligibility requirements and application guidelines

    Assisting with letters of inquiry, grant proposals, applications, and supporting narratives

    Maintaining an organized grant prospect and deadline tracker

    Researching potential community partners, sponsors, and funding organizations

    Assisting with fundraising and nonprofit development strategies

    Helping organize information and materials needed for grant applications

    Supporting development of program descriptions, impact statements, and other funding-related materials

    Qualifications

    We welcome applicants with experience or education in grant writing, nonprofit management, fundraising, communications, research, public administration, social services, or related areas.

    Previous professional grant-writing experience is especially valuable but is not required for every applicant. Strong research and written communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, and an interest in nonprofit/community work are important.

    Volunteer Arrangement

    This is a remote volunteer opportunity with a flexible schedule. Volunteers can contribute from anywhere in the United States and coordinate virtually with Foundation leadership.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in using their skills to help grow a developing nonprofit while gaining hands-on experience in grant development, nonprofit operations, and community impact.
