    Description

    Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and personable Volunteer C.U.R.E. Clinics Provider Recruitment Coordinator to support our international medical missions by recruiting qualified medical professionals. This role involves outreach to hospitals, medical schools, medical associations, and individual providers to build strong partnerships and increase volunteer participation in medical missions abroad.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Outreach and Communication:
      • Contact potential volunteers via phone, email, and video conferencing
      • Present the mission and volunteer opportunities to medical professionals, hospital administrators, and academic institutions
      • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, medical schools, and associations
      • Collaborate with outreach and communications teams to prioritize high-value institutions and coordinate personalized engagement strategies to attract physicians for volunteer medical missions
    • Meetings and Presentations:
      • Schedule and conduct informational meetings and presentations to promote mission opportunities
      • Attend virtual or in-person events as a representative of the organization
    • Tracking and Reporting:
      • Research and identify key contacts at hospitals, medical associations, residency programs, and healthcare organizations to build targeted outreach lists for physician recruitment
      • Develop and maintain a contact database of clinical leaders, department heads, and program directors with verified credentials and relevant specialties
      • Maintain accurate records of outreach, contacts, and follow-ups
      • Track recruitment outcomes and maintain a database of interested providers
      • Submit weekly status updates to the team, outlining progress, challenges, and successes
    • Collaboration and Strategy:
      • Work with the team to develop recruitment strategies
      • Suggest improvements to recruitment messaging and outreach methods

    Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Professional demeanor with confidence to speak with executives and medical professionals
    • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
    • Passion for global health and humanitarian missions
    • Experience in recruiting, sales, public speaking, or healthcare preferred (but not required)
