Guest Speaker (Men) — new church plant launching Nov 22 — Rochester NY

ROCHESTER MEN STILL LOVE JESUS. SHARE YOUR STORY WHERE IT COUNTS.

New church plants are opening across Rochester, NY, and we're looking for men to serve as GUEST SPEAKERS. That's right, men to share the story of how good God has been, how he delivered you, how he gave you your family, or whatever message God puts on your heart.

Rochester Affinity Church Plant Network is launching new congregations on Sunday, November 22, 2026: Hillsdale-Winton, Penfield, and Downtown Rochester.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Men who love Christ and have something real to say: your faith story, a lesson from your work or family, a word of encouragement to other men. You don't need to be a pastor or a polished public speaker. Machinists, nurses, drivers, techs, coaches, musicians, dads: your life and your trade are the message.

WHAT YOU'D DO: Share a short talk, testimony, or message at a service or men's gathering (10-30 minutes — your testimony, faith and work, or a word of encouragement). Encourage men who say yes to Jesus to say yes to Sunday, too. Help new congregations get off the ground. You may bring your family and friends. Experience: none required. Someone will walk with you.

HONORARIUM: Speakers receive $25 per speech, plus a video recording of the speaker's message.

HOW TO GET STARTED: Every speaker begins with a quick 15-minute Zoom training with Jomo K. Johnson, the church planter. Book your 15-minute training: https://smsnovel.youcanbook.me/ Call or text Jomo: 240-328-5847 — Learn more and sign up: https://rochester-men-volunteer.netlify.app/

Loving Christ and skipping His church doesn't add up. Come show up.
