THEYtriarchy is looking for a volunteer Growth Hacker to help launch the #BeTheBonobo campaign.

THEYtriarchy exists to shift narratives around innovation from black and white to technicolor. We amplify overlooked voices across sports, sustainability, health, and human thriving, with proceeds supporting grassroots community building and diverse creators.

We’re looking for someone who:

Understands internet culture + organic growth

Has strong instincts for content, community, and storytelling

Wants to help build a mission-driven movement

Can think creatively, move quickly, and execute

You might help with:

Social growth experiments

Creator + influencer outreach

Community building

Viral campaign ideas

Memes, reels, partnerships, and audience engagement

This is a great fit for someone excited about feminism, storytelling, media, culture, startups, or impact campaigns.

Remote + flexible hours. Ideally 10 hours to start. Potential for future paid opportunities as the campaign grows.
