About the Opportunity

The end of the year is our busiest time for donations, and we're looking for a few dependable volunteers to help us keep up with thank-you letters.

We want every donor to know how much their support means to us, and having an extra set of hands (or two!) will help us get those letters out promptly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Folding thank-you letters and inserting them into window envelopes.
• Printing postage using our office mailing equipment.
• Getting letters ready to mail.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable volunteers who can help us on Wednesdays, Fridays, or both days. We typically need two volunteers each day, with room for additional help during busier weeks. We're flexible about which days you choose; we just ask that you commit to a regular weekly schedule.

The work is simple, and you'll be able to sit comfortably in our conference room. No experience is necessary, and we'll show you everything you need to know. We just ask that you be reliable and respect the privacy of our donors.

High school students are encouraged to volunteer! We can provide documentation of volunteer service hours for Florida Bright Futures.

Our office offers convenient, free parking and is wheelchair accessible.
