    Consistency for the students is important. We ask that when volunteers choose their schedule, they stay committed to the students. We have substitutes and staff to fill in for emergencies and vacations as well.

    Description

    Reading Coaches Needed!

    No experience needed. All training, support and materials provided.

    Volunteers are all 45 and older for this intergenerational tutoring program

    We work with schools to see their student's needs. We then pair volunteers (like yourself!) to become their reading coach/tutor. You will work one on one with students in a separate, designated area in the school for tutoring.

    We ask volunteers to commit to a schedule. It will be two days a week and up to 4 hours per week.
