Restore Hope Mentorship Experience Coordinator

Restore Hope is a small, volunteer-led nonprofit serving unhoused women in Washington DC and New York City through our Mentorship Program, online resource database, and community-building outreaches. Learn more about our work here. We are a faith-based organization but do not require specific beliefs from our volunteers or participants.

As our Mentorship Program grows, we are looking for a Mentorship Experience Coordinator to help applicants get set up in the program and make sure they have the best experience possible. The Mentorship Experience Coordinator will meet with interested participants, help ladies with onboarding paperwork, and coordinate with staff and other volunteers to match mentors and participants. Essential duties include:

• Schedule and conduct meetings with ladies who have expressed interest in the program
• Ensure onboarding paperwork and check in surveys are completed and enter participant data into Restore Hope’s database
• Work with Mentorship Volunteer Coordinator and staff to match volunteers and participants
• Follow up with newly matched participants to make sure the match is a right fit

No experience is required and training will be provided.
