Position Summary

The Senior Recruiter supports Pretty With Purpose’s recruitment efforts by helping attract, evaluate, and onboard qualified volunteers and team members. This role provides recruitment guidance, supports the junior recruitment team, and helps ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate recruitment efforts for volunteer and organizational positions.
• Review applications and resumes and assist with candidate screening.
• Conduct or coordinate candidate interviews and follow-ups.
• Support and mentor Junior Recruiters throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop candidate outreach strategies and recruitment materials.
• Maintain organized candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Communicate with candidates regarding applications, interviews, and next steps.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing and volunteer needs.
• Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling candidate information.
• Perform additional recruitment duties and special assignments as directed by leadership.
