Special Olympics New Hanover County: Fall Sports Coaches - Wilmington, NC

Special Olympics North Carolina of New Hanover County is looking for enthusiastic Volunteer Coaches to help athletes develop skills, build confidence, and experience the joy of competition.

No matter what your sports passion is - your leadership can have a lasting impact!

Volunteer Coaches Will:

• Teach sport-specific skills and fundamentals
• Encourage teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship
• Lead or assist with practices
• Prepare athletes for competitions
• Create a fun, positive, and inclusive environment

We're Looking For People Who:

• Can commit to practices and competitions during the season

    • Note: Sports learning in a sensory friendly environment.

  • Times: 9am - 10am

No coaching experience is required. Special Olympics North Carolina provides training, resources, and coach certification.
