Job Summary: An Executive Assistant (EA) supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Assistant Chief Human Resources Officer (ACHRO), and the broader HR department operates as a high-level strategic partner, managing complex, confidential, and time-sensitive operations. This role bridges the gap between C-suite leadership and HR, streamlining administrative tasks to allow executives to focus on strategic, organizational development, and compliance-related objectives.
Executive Assistant Support for CHRO, and ACHRO
- Complex Calendar Management: Managing demanding, multi-time zone calendars for the CEO and HR leadership, prioritizing, and resolving conflicts to align with strategic goals.
- Travel and Logistics: Coordinating intricate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and lodging.
- Gatekeeping and Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact, screening incoming calls, emails, and visitors, and acting on behalf of the executives when appropriate. Ensure HR staff have access to HR platforms.
- Confidentiality Management: Handling highly sensitive information, including compensation data, personnel issues, and Board-level documentation with strict discretion.
- Expense Reporting: Processing expense reports and managing corporate credit cards for the leadership team.
