    Description

    Front Office Support

    Office volunteers are responsible for responding to phone calls during office hours and directing callers to the appropriate support when our receptionist is out of the office. This role will also fulfill miscellaneous tasks when applicable (filing, copying, etc.).

    When office coverage is needed, our receptionist will reach out to office volunteers at least 1-2 weeks in advance to see who can provide coverage when.

    All training is provided.

    Directions

    N. High St. is a one-way street. The Family Support Center office is on the right side of the road past E. Colombia St. Steve's Car Wash is across from the office. Parking is available in the parking lot in front of the building, on the right side of the street, and behind the building (turn right on E. Willow St. in front of The Yoga Plant and park along the back of the office).
