    Description

    Event Day Support assists with on-site logistics and coordination during The Flushing Showdown. This role helps ensure players, staff, and media are where they need to be on time and that small issues are handled quickly so the event runs smoothly.

    They don’t need technical skills — they need to be reliable, organized, and calm.

    🔧 Typical Responsibilities

    • Help with player and staff check-in
    • Assist with setup and breakdown
    • Keep track of time (kickoff, halftime, warmups)
    • Direct players, staff, and spectators when needed
    • Help manage equipment (balls, cones, jerseys)
    • Support the organizer with quick tasks or errands
    • Communicate updates to staff and media
