Seattle Youth Soccer Association (SYSA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting soccer opportunities for children aged 5-19 across Seattle and Shoreline. Comprising 12 neighborhood clubs, a citywide club for select and premier programs, and the TOPSoccer program for players with disabilities, SYSA serves over 13,000 members annually. The organization facilitates recreational and competitive leagues, city tournaments, skills clinics, and outreach programs. With a mission to promote physical, mental, and emotional growth, SYSA provides a safe and inclusive soccer environment for all skill levels and ages.

We are looking for passionate, community-driven leaders to join our Board of Directors. Treasurer Responsibilities

• Maintaining permanent financial records and a bookkeeping system for the Corporation along with the Staff.
• Maintaining bank accounts on behalf of the Corporation
• Disbursing funds as approved by the President and the Board
• Payment of taxes or fees levied on the Corporation by local, state, or federal authorities.
• Oversight of the administrative staff assigned duties under the control of the Treasurer
