    Description

    Tiny Cat Animal Rescue is seeking a Grants Coordinator to manage grant research, drafting, and tracking. This role focuses on identifying funding opportunities, preparing proposals, and ensuring deadlines and reporting requirements are met. The Grants Coordinator works closely with the Director of Development.

    What You’ll Do

    • Research grant opportunities aligned with TCAR’s mission
    • Draft and submit grant proposals
    • Track application deadlines and reporting requirements
    • Assist with post-award documentation and compliance
    • Maintain organized grant records and timelines

    Ideal Candidate

    • Strong writing and research skills
    • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
    • Comfortable working independently
    • Organized and dependable
    • Interest in nonprofit funding or grant writing

    Commitment

    • Approximately 1–3 hours per week (depending on grantmaking cycles), flexible and remote-friendly
