    Description

    Youth Art Month Festival

Help us welcome kids and their families here at the Lake Mansion on March 14, Saturday, for the Youth Art Month Festival! This is a free community event, and we'll have art stations for kids, a free book for every child from Spread the Word Nevada, and more.

We need volunteers who can help as...

Greeters: Welcome everyone at the entrances (give maps and bags for kids)

Artist Assistants: There'll be art stations, and the assistants will help the teaching artists show kids how to create easy art projects.

Book Giver: Help give free children's books

Festival Assistants: Help with surveys, take photos/videos

We have a lot in store for the children so we are looking for volunteers who can help with art projects and activities, from 10am to 2pm. We ask that the volunteers arrive at least 10 minutes before the event to get familiar with the art project and/or the area. Lunch will be provided, along with snacks and drinks. Please tell us if you have any food allergies.
