    We are seeking an Operations Manager to bring structure, coordination, and accountability to how work gets done across the organization.

    Because growth without operations creates chaos.

    And chaos slows impact.

    The Role

    This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations across teams and functions.

    You will ensure workflows are structured, priorities are aligned, and execution happens consistently across the organization.

    You are not just managing tasks.

    You are building how the organization operates.

    This role operates across programs, operations, HR, and technology, ensuring all moving parts are aligned and progressing.

    What You’ll Own

    Operational Oversight & Coordination

      • Oversee day-to-day operations across teams
      • Ensure activities are aligned and progressing
      • Identify and resolve operational gaps

    Workflow & Process Management

      • Build and improve operational workflows
      • Ensure processes are clear, structured, and scalable
      • Standardize how work is tracked and completed

    Cross-Functional Alignment

      • Coordinate across:
      • Programs
      • HR
      • Technology
      • Leadership
      • Ensure teams are aligned on priorities and execution

    Task & Priority Management

      • Track key initiatives and deliverables
      • Ensure deadlines are met
      • Support prioritization across teams

    Performance & Accountability

      • Monitor progress across projects and teams
      • Identify delays, blockers, and risks
      • Drive accountability and follow-through

    Communication & Coordination

      • Facilitate communication across teams
      • Ensure clarity in expectations and updates
      • Support structured meetings and follow-ups

    Operational Problem-Solving

      • Identify inefficiencies and gaps
      • Implement solutions to improve operations
      • Support continuous improvement

    Documentation & Systems

      • Maintain documentation for:
      • Processes
      • Workflows
      • Operational structures
      • Ensure consistency and accessibility

    Scaling Operations

      • Build systems that support growth
      • Improve efficiency as the organization expands
      • Strengthen operational infrastructure

    Support to Leadership

      • Support leadership in executing priorities
      • Ensure alignment between strategy and operations

    Who This Is For

    Qualifications

    Required

      • 4–6 years of experience in:
      • Operations
      • Program coordination
      • Project or business management
      • Strong organizational and communication skills
      • Experience managing multiple workflows or teams

    Preferred

      • Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
      • Experience in remote teams
      • Familiarity with project tracking or workflow tools

    Commitment

      • 12–20 hours per week
      • Flexible schedule (aligned to operational needs)
      • Participation in cross-functional and leadership meetings required
      • Fully remote
