Description
Support the behind-the-scenes work that keeps UCOM’s mobile food pantry programs running smoothly. As a Data Entry Volunteer, you’ll help ensure accurate reporting for grants and program tracking by carefully reviewing and entering client information after each pantry event.
In this role, you will:
- Enter data from mobile pantry sign-in sheets into tracking systems
- Cross-check entries against appointment lists to identify no-shows, duplicates, or updates
- Flag scheduling changes for future distributions
- Organize sign-in sheets, intake forms, surveys, and USDA paperwork into location-specific folders
- Help maintain accurate records for grant reporting and compliance
Position requirements:
- Proficient with computers and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Able to maintain confidentiality with client information
- Available to work from the UCOM office (no off-site travel required)
