    Job Description:

    The Marketing Analytics Specialist involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various marketing channels to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving LandSeed’s marketing effectiveness by turning data into clear insights that guide strategy, visibility, and growth.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    The Marketing Analytics Specialist is responsible for, but not limited to:

    • Track and analyze performance across campaigns, events, and digital channels
    • Build and maintain simple dashboards and reports for visibility
    • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
    • Support teams with clear, data-driven recommendations
    • Help improve how we collect, organize, and use marketing data

    Required Experience / Skills:

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma Marketing, Business/Business Administration, Communications or related field
    • 1 -2 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field
    • Comfortable working with data (spreadsheets, dashboards, etc.)
    • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, or similar
    • Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights
    • Comfortable working in an evolving, fast-moving environment
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

    Skillset

    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving
    • Ability to translate data into clear, useful insights
    • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
    • Good organization and communication
